BB is pretty LAG preflop, and only slightly LAG post flop. No read on UTG.

My question is about the turn bet. Normally I check-call most turn cards, but after BB just called my raise, I was pretty sure he didn't have a big pair and was just on overcards. I figured the 9 was scary enough to maybe let me take down this pot now, and I have plenty of outs if I get called.

I check the turn. You have 12 outs here, and the board just paired, which diminishes your equity a bit. if BB is LAG, he'll likely bet again, or a free river is not bad either.
