50/100 blinds

6 players left

utg: 1000
mp: 2500
co-1: 1500 (Villian)
button: 1500 (HERO with pocket pair)
sb: 1750
bb: 1750

#1: let's say mp raised 2.5bb (250 chips) and you put him on AX.

I usually re-raise all-in if i have 77 or better. What would you do?

#2: if I put him on aq/ak then:

SHOULD I BE ENTERING COIN FLIP SITUATIONS IF I'M NOT SHORT STACKED? (assume i have 77)

Assuming blinds fold
$EV
.280 call and win
.155 fold
.54 x .280 = .151
I don't have pokerstove and was guessing the .54. Blinds might call which would probably mean trouble.

Looks close, but a fold.

You'd have to know the player pretty well to not include any PPs in the range with Ak and Aq and those would likely dominate.

I don't have pokerstove, but I think once you go to AT the push will be slightly good (if you assume no call from the blinds) and if you really go to Ax it will be a clear push. But, that is still not putting any PPs in the villians range of hands.

Really in this situation I think I'm looking for TT+, maybe JJ+ and maybe AK to push.

Also, I wouldn't rule out calling with AK or a raise less than a push with AA, KK.
