Getting low in chips and this came around. Should I have pushed the flop or was this better? Table is very aggressive, mostly tight.

check on flop is ok IMO given your kinda small stack and no high card value other than flush draw.
on turn, i'd go all in BEFORE anyone bets...UTG may have Ah, and by pushing it in you make a tough choice for him with only 25% chance to hit.
once he's bet (if he has high heart) he's kinda pot committed (1300 to win 5000+ makes it about ok..obviously i havent done any serious math here)
