A Diet For a New America says chicken and beef and pork are pretty much all the same for you in terms of health (bad). Mad Cowboy I just read says fish is bad too and the same saying "they are all flesh from animals" and says it's fat content is 60% while chiken and beef are 70% or something like that, so basically it's comparable in how bad it is. Any of you guys have mor einfo on this?

You can find chicken (skinless) and beef that are less than 60 or 70% fat.

It depends on the kind of fat. The fat n fish is mostly very healthy- omega-3 acids and all that. There is a reason that the japanese have the longest expected lifespan of any nation- around 84 i believe- it's the rice and fish diet.

chicken is better than beef, unless it's fried, hich, unfourtunatly, is the only way to go, IMO.

Tofu is a great substitute for any kind of meat, BTW.

why would frying chicken make it worse if you don't use bad oils or whatever else

because it traps the fat in instead of cooking it off, vis-a-vis grilling, roasting, etc.

also, the bad oils taste the best.

This is completely true as long as you don't let little things like taste and texture get in the way.

From what I have learned, the proteins in beef and pork are much more difficult for your stomach to digest than those found in chicken. The human stomach was not made to break down beef.

The beef kicks the crap out of the chicken. We need to know what kind of fish we are talking about and what the conditions of contest for the fight are (how much water) before we can evaluate beef vs. fish.

Cows are pretty clumsy. Frankly, I don't see a cow having any type of offesive weapon at all. You could make an argument that the chicken would peck out the cow's eyes and go from there.

The fish makes things complicated because obviously we need some type of half-water, half-land fighting arena. Do the cow and or chicken get scuba gear?

We have to decide whether the beef is boy or girl beef. Bulls can be ill-tempered.

Does the fish get a laser?
