I'm a little unsure how to calculate the odds for this hand because there is a decent possibility for a split pot.

I had QJo, and my opponent had Q9o. The flop was 2-8-Q rainbow. Can anyone help me figure out the odds of a split pot and the odds I have to win this hand postflop? Thanks. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

P.S. I lost to a runner-runner straight, but at least it was a freeroll.

Spit pot: For this the board would need a 2 or an 8 and an A or a K. (6/45 * 8/44) + (8/45 * 6/44) = 1/20.625 = 4.85%
The two terms represent this outcome coming in both possible orders and they are equal.

Or two running 8 or 2 or Q and 8 or 2 for full house split
8,8 or 2,2 Q, (2 or 8) or (2 or 8), Q
((3/45 * 2/44) * 2) + (1/45 * 6/44) * 2) =
(.00606) + (.00606) = 1.21%

4.85 + 1.21 = 6.06%
Villain wins: He would need a 9 and any card other than a J or a T or runner runner T, J.
9, !(J+T) !(J+T), 9 T,J + J,T
((3/45 * 37/44) + (38/45 * 3/44)) + ((4/45 * 3/44) * 2) =
((.05606) + ( .05758) ) + (.01212) = 12.58%

Hero wins: 100 - (13.79 + 6.06) = 80.15%

This is close to what i got here (http://www.twodimes.net/poker/?g=h&b=8c+2d+Qh&d=&h=Qd+Jc%0D%0AQc+9d)

The error may be the small sample size (990) or i screwed up somewhere
