NL Bankroll

whats the standard for NL bankrolls? I heard 1,000BB's somewhere but i was confused as to whether that meant Bigblinds since NL doesnt have Big bets /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

10-20 buy ins depending on the stack sizes and difficulty of the game.

the deeper the stacks, the less buy ins you need, the tougher the game, the more you need.

At least 20 buy-in's. 10 buy-in's if you consider yourself an excellent player. Stick to 20 buy-ins just to be safe.

It depends on your experience and the strength of the competition. When I play on Party Poker, for example, I only need 5-7x buyin for the $50 buyin games. The games are soft so I need less insurance.

But in real life games, I generally go with 15-20x buyin.
