Ace High 3 handed is more like MONSTERish or MONSTERlike. Here I'm folding PF becuase it's still early based on the blind to stack ratio. But I'm a weak/tight sissy boy.

I think J-Lo is right.

You have an 8bb stack, holding an A suited, in a 3 handed game, and you have the opportunity to be first all-in. (The button's 600 raise doesn't bother me much, could be almost any 1 picture hand, or a pure any 2 card steal. Many hands that your ace dominates, few that it doesn't.) Push it every time.

If you had bb's 12bb stack, I'd have to think about it. Maybe too close to call. If you were not first all-in, it's probably a fold. But with these circumstances, IMO you played it right on the money.
