I am having a problem on my computer when I try and save images. when I first got my computer and i would right-click an image on the internet, the name and format would automatically come up in the dialog box, but now it comes up as "untitled" for the name and the format I can use is *.bmp. does anyone have this problem and/or know how to fix it?
