Third hand of a 10/1 game, therefore no reads on UTG+1. Would you call this bet or fold?

I call. His most likely hands are either a flush draw or a small overpair like 77. Both of which you are way ahead of.

You've got to call this. I think he just has a smaller overpair.

Agh. You'd like to think Villain wouldn't call your PF raise with a 3 but anything is possible at the $11s.
I'd say push.
The most obvious hand would be something like A3s, which is unlikely given that you have 2 Aces. I suppose he could have made a terrible call with K3 or an unlikely 22 or 33, but I'm more inclined to think that you're up against random broadway cards or a pocket pair. Hence my all-in.

Call. He has TT.

There are way more hands you have beat here than you lose to.

You have to call - the hand I'm most worried about is a flush draw (KQs perhaps)...

im not worried about any hand here, and i couldnt get my stack in faster. if he has A3, he has A3. on to the next tourney. he likely has an overpair, or MAYBE a flush draw. get them chips in there. holla

the times that he has a flush draw and or kings or queens, far outnumber the times that he calls a raise with a 2 or 33 even if it is at the 11s even though since you are posting here he obviously had 33. instacall.

Why is everyone so worried about him having a 3? /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Call gleefully, I'm guessing you're ahead here, oh, 98% of the time.

Hell, you should call if you look down and see that your AA has magically morphed into 88.

Auto-call. This is one of those classic hands that people brag about laying down and are able to look back on their last 500 and revel in the fact that they only had two 10th place finishes. The liklihood of a double up here is MUCH more than 50%.

Third hand of a 10/1 game

While it is possible that somehow he called your big raise with a 2 or 33...

(a) it's highly unlikely;
(b) if he had a 2 or 33 he probably wouldn't push the flop; and
(c) people make this play all the time with a lesser overpair (huge dog to AA) or flush draw (about a 3:1 dog with your draw to 4 cards for the full house).

For every one time you call and are behind, you'll be way ahead at least 10 times. Don't overthink it or see monsters where they're unlikely to be - autocall.

A good rule of thumb - any low paired board is a great flop for AA - especially where it's been raised up like it has here.

As others have said autocall..

How do you guys like the flop bet? IMO it might be a little bit strong. I'd prefer a check or a smaller bet to appear weak. There is the danger of letting a flush draw for in cheap, but I think it'll be pretty impossible to get a decent FD to fold on this board anyways. I'd prefer to have the A/images/graemlins/spade.gif in my hand, but I still think it's fairly safe to do this HU.

Your opponent pushed anyways, but some players might fold overpairs and weaker Ace high hands in that spot, hands which may have been enticed to lead the turn or bluff checkraise a weak flop bet. You will also get paid off quite often by players with a weak overpair who have put you on big unpaired cards, and will get their chips in to prevent you from drawing.

Perhaps a case of FPS or being overly greedy? Does anyone try to get more out of their rockets?
