I've got 650+ hands on UTG, but nothing else. I don't remember the exact numbers, but his VP$IP was over 60 and his AF was under 1. PFR was probably around 2-4%.

I don't see such a loose-passive straight up bluffing here, even with a busted flush draw, but I have seen a fair amount of players who will play a 5 or 3 like this. Am I good often enough to call?

I'd call here even if it was a bit -EV because folding to river raises on scary boards gets even the passive players to take shots at you and your hand does have a decent amount of showdown value.

I just can't see how you are good here often enough. Honestly, I bet he rivered his 33 or his 46 more than he was just slow playing a queen, but either way, given your read on him, I just cant see it being good 1 in 9.
