Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t4000 (6 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

13 people left and I'm on one of the shorter stacks. SB could have anything.

i would probably need some reads to try and pull this. If it works its a nice way to pick up some chips, but its risky.

depends on the player in the SB and your table image. If you've been a rock and only shown good hands and villain will lay down most non premium hands for all his chips then its worth a gamble since if you do get called there's a good chance both ur cards are live.

Personally this close to the final table i fold this PF and look to steal as the initial aggressor.

i don't like it. SB is getting pretty juicy pot odds, so he'll call wtih a wide range here.

Wow. Just had to respond because this was the last hand I held last night. $115+$100 RB tourney. 31 players. Paying 4. 6 left. I am in SB with 5100 chips (pretty short) BB has me covered. Blinds are 1000-2000. Folded to me and i go all in. (I looked, but it didn't matter 84s) BB calls with AJ. game over....
Unfortunately, I got called down stealing stuff earlier on and one player commented that I like to "run without the ball" ugh.

Looks ok to me. sb is obviously in no position to call with cheese, and unless he has an overpair, you're probably live if he calls (unless he is one of those bastards who always calls me with Ax where the x duplicates one of my cards when I do this. But I digress.)

Really, I think all three of your options are viable. Hope he had AQ, AT or A9.
