Anyone ever feel spent...(exhausted)

...after playing in a tournament for 8 hours or longer?

Does anyone play in a ring game after a tournament. Does anyone jump into a ring game after playing in a no limit tournament for 8 or more?

I usually feel quite exhausted after playing in a tournament. I find it harder to focus, especially if I bust out in a bad way.

I feel spent after doing just about anything for 8 hours straight.

Seriously, the last couple of tournaments I've went really deep in and lasted 5+ hours, yeah, I'm about done with poker for the night. Time for something else. TV. A movie. A late-night jog. A beer. Bed. Whatever.

Because if I fire up an SNG right after a long, long MTT, my decision-making isn't going to be spot-on, I don't think.

sometimes, I always multi tournies though. The one time I did play live (bubbled in a 500$ tourney), I was spent, but not spent enough to pass on the juicy cash games.
