SB should be pushing any 2 here, but is probably pushing Ax, Kx, 76+, any PP. Your way ahead of this range.

Yep. $EV by ICM if you are anything better than 46.5% to win. If he is very tight here, it is somewhat close but still a call. If he is normal or looser it is an easy call.

In this example, if the pair was lower then 7's, would you still call? How low do you go?
