Personally, I'd leave off Giang(too Omahaey) and Salem(didn't care for his lot...), and insert Ted Forrest and Doyle.

I'll choose to leave Doyle off. And Ted i don't know how he does. Years ago they used to say best all around. But then he went broke and stuff. Not saying it was from poker. But if he was that good he should have been able to at least maintain his bankroll through other finnacial ruin i would think. So i don't know if he deserves or not.
