I am wondering if my min raise of the other players raise at first was good or should I have pushed more, then on the turn its a pretty scary board do you think I should just smooth call down here? Also any other input you may feel is ness. please advise. Thanks!

I don't like any street except the river.

Raise more PF, Raise the flop, Raise the turn.

What would you recomend raising to pre flop, turn and river?

Raise more preflop, at least 3xBB. Flop is tricky, I probably raise the flop, and fold to action. You have to raise somewhere to define your hand though. But playing AA after this flop is player dependent I think, if UTG is tight most likely you have him beat, but if UTG is capable of raising a lot of hands then it's a lot more likely you're drawing to two outs (or even dead but not likely)

I would raise to ~300 preflop and ~400 postflop

After the first preflop raise, I would have taken it to around 6xBB. On the flop though, betting 120 into a 500 pot is giving himself odds draw out if his hand isnt made already. With a board like that, you have to take down the pot ASAP. Fire out about a pot sized bet, if he has you beat then and there, he will let you know, and you can get out with around 600 chips left over.

I'm by no means an expert tournament player, but I'd go with a pot size raise here (~t300). You don't want a lot of callers here with AA.
