Looking for documented touter results

Anyone know of any sites that document other's sports sites win-loss percentage? This would be extremely helpful in helping me find a touter who doesn't promise the world but has a solid, modest background and puts in solid work for his services.

I know of two. Make your own determinations about their reliability, as I don't know. Also take your time on these sites as they are rather large.
