I'm curious as to any written or unwritten laws or any pervasive forum attitude on revealing your online poker site screennames, and reasons for caring or not caring if others know who they are up against.

I was in a SnG today when one of the players said "holla." I asked "Raptor?" And he said, yup, you found me out, in so many words.

Just curious, as I'm new to the forum.

lol, thats funny. yea, everyone pretty much knows my screen names. bebop86 and wtf_pwnd. i change like every month tho, so its not a huge deal. mainly only the ringers and you 2+2 people recognize me.

a lot of people dont want their name out because they think their opponents will adjust their play accordingly. im not too worried about it though, dont think it affects me too much. if yer following me around, you are probably hurting yourself more than me /images/graemlins/wink.gif holla
