I thought this was a NL tourney when i signed up. Surprise! But I make the final table and then this hand happens. Which street did i go wrong on?

Party Poker Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind t3000 (7 handed). Villian is pretty loose, VPIP =34 over the tourney, tho he has tightened up recently and hasn't played back at anyone like this.
