Party $100

Villian is aggressive with his bets, but less so with his calls. The blind stealing type. He had a vpip of 25% when I looked at the end, but that went down a little as the rounament progressed.

Anyway the hand: Blinds are 250/500
Hero has 5500, villian has 4500.
Hero has A2o in BB. Villian raises to 1500, hero goes all in. What do you think? Too loose. I had a wierd feeling right before I hit the bet button.

what kinda stuff is he typically 3x'ing w/?

i mean... i'm assuming he's got as much of a chance of having something like JK or QT than he is of having you dominated w/ A4+ right?

FWIW i'm a noob and i only play at the 22's so far

When we were three way and 4 way with large blinds he would steal roughly 2/3-3/4 of the time when he was on the button. That's the kind of guy he was.

Ok, there is a fairly good chance you have a better hand, but what is he doing when you raise or push? If he's an absolute calling station as well as a blind stealer then maybe you should come over the top here, but in most cases I fold this and steal his blinds. If you are ahead with this hand, it won't be by much.
