Got a bigger monitor recently and wanted some nice wallpaper haven't really found anything I like, so I decided to just take a still from a DVD using "Print Screen" and black out the taskbar/media player part.
But as it turns out, you can save the screen, with the dvd image on it, import it into Photoshop or paint, and the image from the DVD shows up, but when you save it, the area shows up black no matter what I do.
I've tried getting around this a few ways, cutting and pasting it back and forth between paint and Photoshop, opening it with Paint then "Print Screen"ing the image of the image in paint and putting back into Adobe but to no avail. Anyone know any way to do this without getting something like film editing software??
Thank ya.
