If anyone is a big baseball fan, I would highly recommend checking out MLB TV over at MLB (http://www.mlb.com). I used it last year and was very very glad I found it. Seems perfect for the second monitor while 4tabling...

In any case, if any of you get it, I recommend setting your zip code somewhere in Iowa, so no games get blacked out.

Do you have a favorite team, Jack? If so, which one?

Does that work?

I had MLB.com last year, and I certainly recommend it. I did get blacked out once in awhile though in L.A.

I had to get it because the Time Warner and MSG suck and I don't get Mets games on TV anymore

So worth it, I probably watch about 300 games a year with this thing.

The opener was blacked out yesterday since Time Warner had it blacked out on ESPN. Luckily and oddly enough FSN was carrying the game. FSN was broadcasting MSG in ESPANOL. So I was able to watch the game in Bergen Cty NJ.

By the way, last season, it was offered for free with an msn deal, and the first three months of msn were free, then 9.99... saving $50. Dunno if you can get it now.

People have claimed they blackout according to where your ISP is.

Check out this thread for more info. (http://www.athleticsnation.com/story/2005/2/4/113144/1962)
