Call the turn and raise the river unless it double pairs the board. You're pretty sure your aces are good, but if they aren't you're drawing to 2 outs. If villain does have tens you're getting 3-bet on the turn but you don't want to fold, and if villain doesn't have tens he is likely going to fold to a turn raise. You'd rather keep him coming on the river to pick up another bet, and you can fold if he 3-bets the river, especially if this game is very passive.
