Is there any software utility that lets me see the probability of a pocket improving on a "3 Card" flop?( NOT a full 5 card community board) Example: A pocket Pair improving to a set with only 3 cards to come (3 card flop).

just divide the number of cards you could hit to improve by the number of unseen cards in the deck (the odds are slightly better than this, but it's kinda close). the odds of hitting a set on the flop are about 1 in 8.

I can maybe help with some of the odds you're looking for.

Odds of a pocket pair hitting trips, .11% (a little better than 1 out of 10).

Odds of pocket pair hitting quads, .0025% (1 out of 400)

Odds of 1 of 2 offrank cards (AK, AQ, KJ, etc.) pairing up about .33% I believe.

Odds of 2 suited cards hitting a 4 card flush draw about 11%
