pretty new to the table...
mp is 70/0/0.4 after 22 hands, so not much of a tell.. although he seems very loose, limping with about anything.

Is this a fold on turn? or should I have called the river maybe? or maybe check turn and call river?

Easy turn fold. This is an atrocious flop for you and you're drawing especially thin on the river, if not dead.

Given the crappy flop and turn card, would you check/fold the turn? Or is that too weak? The sample size on MP is small, but even in 22 hands he's shown virtually no post flop aggression. Based on this, I think in your hand it's easy to fold to the turn raise.

Additionally, players like this will often peel one off on the flop with weak holdings, and as a result I think there is enough fold equity on the turn to warrant a followup bet often...

Definitely fold to the raise though.
