I've got no reads on anybody, watching the Illinois-UNC game when I see a UTG raise, a UTG+1 cold call, and AK in MP. Time to roll.

Preflop: Hero is CO with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG raises, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (10.33 SB) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (6.66 BB) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
UTG bets, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls.

Is this too loose a call? I'm getting about 7-1 on my money, so I think it's ok.

River: (8.66 BB) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero folds.

With this board, it's awfully tempting to call. I'm getting about 4-1 on my money if I'm lucky enough to split with an unimproved Ace, so I have to be good 20% of the time (is this math correct?) But it's hard to think Villain would bet out on the turn with AK or AQ unimproved.

Final Pot: 9.66 BB

I would call the turn. The guy raised UTG so there is a good chance your outs aren't great, and the pot is only 7-1.

Fold the turn

I have seen players take this line UTG with AK or AQ. If you call the turn UTG will put you on overcards and surely bet this river hoping you will fold(if you don't improve).

With a solid read I might raise this turn...

I'd fold this turn...I would call the river though.

This is only true if villian has AA or KK.

He doesnt have these hands very often, considering

A) hero has 2 of those cards
B) he called the preflop 3-bet

calling the river is very tempting. I think he could very well have a big Ace, but JJ or 1010 are very possible since he didn't cap PF. I know your mind was on the game, but is utg capable of raising 99 utg?
