I have Windows XP Pro with SP1, 3 mbps cable, a linksys befsr8 router, and I've tried burst, azerues, and bitcomet. I have forwarded the ports to this computer and tried random ports between 40k-50k in case my isp was throttling 6881. I have the windows firewall disabled. My problem is I cannot connect to more than 3-4 people at a time, and those I do connect to, I cannot download more than 1 kb/s from. My uploads are much much worse. The tracker, and number of seeders/leechers has no effect on these numbers. I know the most obvious thing I should do would be bypass the router but I can't do that any time soon. Suggestions appreciated.
