River: (8 BB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 8 BB

Anything nonstandard? SLAP after 30 hands or so. I think I can probably fold on the turn to a 3-bet on the flop. I'm just getting used to 3/6 being a ton more aggressive, it was a little surprising.

I don't see a good enough reason not to bet the river.

I was wondering about that myself, but I think a lower pocket pair would be the only reasonable player to call down here.

A6, A5, 77, 44, maybe 33 and 22. It is close.

I can't do the math.

Kx is ahead and so is 9x and x /images/graemlins/spade.gifx /images/graemlins/spade.gif. two pair and sets would have woken up somewhere.

Im guessing but it looks like 56ish combos you have beat that may call, and 50ish combos that beat you.

Flip a coin.

Based on the board, I can think of a lot of better hands that would call (or c/r) your river bet, and no worse holdings that would. I'd check that thru something approaching 100% of the time, unless I knew I was up against a total donk.

I'm not a real big fan of the preflop 3-bet here, but I don't really dislike it, either. As long as that's not your standard play with a hand like Q8o.
