I think my bet on the turn was wrong, but I don't know. Thoughts are appreciated.

check the turn, fold if unimproved. you got A high, he called the flop, so hes probably calling a turn bet. no need to waste chips /images/graemlins/wink.gif fold. 3uo

The flop bet was too much. He'll usually fold to a 1/2 pot bet. Since he called he probably has something. Check and fold the turn.

i think its a weak preflop bet
aside from that the turn should be checked by ak, obviously sb hit either a monster draw or a smaller pair but, regardless, he already put you on ak
get away from ak, either bet extremely strong (not recommended unless you have a solid read) or fold (see the next hand), ak is not a hand

First in, that's a fine PF bet. It's more than I usually make it unless the table has been loose.

I check/fold the turn. If it's checked through, i check/fold the river unless i hit an A or a K. Then it's all feel.

The main problem with your turn bet is that you are betting basically the exact same amount that you bet on the flop. Since he called you for this amount on the flop, he will probably call you on the turn, especially now that the pot is bigger.

If you are going to bet the turn, which I usually wouldn't recommend, you should bet signifigantly larger than 150 if you want your opponent to fold.
