5/10 6 max, too aggressive bottom pair?

Villain is 40/13/1.1, little loose preflop, and (I think) not overly aggressive postflop. Did I totally overplay my hand? I couldn't figure out what he'd bet out on the river with that he wouldn't three bet the turn with... anyway, here it is.
