This guy is about 50/15, 1.6/1.5/0.5. This is an old buddy of mine, been playing with him since my 5/10 Fullring days. Back then he was a maniac but he seems to have cooled down a bit for 6-max or maybe 6-max was better for him.

I definately have seen him checkraise turn but when he does he 90% of the time has TP, I would say 5% something worse and 5% a draw. Should I be check-calling this turn or bet-folding? Bet-calling doesn't seem right?

And ofcourse with 15% PFR he's 3-betting with hands like (approximations, I don't know the exact numbers) AA-55, AK-AJ(AT?), KQs. etc... So it looks like a bet-fold to me, anyone disagree?

With your read, its a good fold. Unless he knows that you know what he checkraises with and used that against you /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

From your description, you would only be ahead 10% of the time. Your diamond and King outs are tainted. Another Queen would make a boat for many of his three betting hands. There is only 7.75 bb in the pot. Clear fold.
