I raise in this situation. If I don't take the pot down right there, and miss the set, it's a check/fold on the flop.

Calling or folding aren't unwarrented here. Calling is weak, IMO, raising shows you have less than zero. I think the fold is incorrect, and just calling is weak, therefore, a raise is needed.

And for that reason the raise pf/fold on the flop has become my favorite play. Terrible on the chipstack until you hit the set.
