It didnt do anything for me. The act of smoking is what i enjoy.

I had problems keeping them lit.

Worked well for me. You have to get used to not doing the physical smoking/snuffing. The cravings are much less severe with the patch though.

Make sure you start with the high dise ones and follow the instructions for stepping down.
