How do I post Partypoker hand histories

Hello,

I always see people posting their hand histories under the same format using Hero, BB, UTG+1, etc. However, when I download the hand histories into my e-mail it shows it with the names of all the players, $$, etc. Obviously there is a way to convert it to the format I always see in posts. Could someone please inform me how to do this?
