In HOH, in part 5 which has to do with betting before the flop... He doesnt discuss betting on the BB or SB does he? Other then SB vs BB i mean. Or have i missed it. Ive only read it through once but i was wondering if i should go ahead and read that particular chapter again. Or if it just wasnt in there?

I think he only mentions position in the section where nobody has entered yet. If nobody has entered, the big blind takes the pot.

The rest of his recommendations are based on his cards. I think he saying make those moves somewhat independent of position. (Although he does assume a position for each scenario).
