Do I have odds that they dont have a bigger overpair or a set of 8s to make a call here correct?

An UTG raise with a call from UTG+1. This looks like a couple decent hands. Now on the flop, you make your bet and they both pretty much ignore you're even in the pot. I think it's very likely that there is an overpair to your tens, maybe even two overpair, and even if there's not, remember that you are still a slight underdog to something like AhKh. You gave it a shot, but I'd fold and find some better spots.

UTG probably has you buried with overpair or close with 2 overcards and flush draw. Given the situation, your bet is unlikely to be a big hand and probably looks to him like you hope to force him out with a semi decent hand and get headsup with shortstack. He probably gives you an overpair to the flop, so there is not much mystery about your hand. He knows the short stack is pretty likely to call so a bluff raise from UTG is less likely than normal in this spot. That's how I see it anyway. I'd have probably checked in your position, and then made my decision based on what happens behind me.
