Hero bets t200, UTG+1 calls t200, MP1 raises to t1255, MP2 folds, Button folds, Hero raises to t1275, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls t20.

Final Pot: t2110

This is very early in tournament, Villain appears to be agressive and loose.

With the preflop raise, I put MP1 on something like AK, AQ, KJ. My thinking is that MP1 misses the flop completely, but does not want me to take this pot. So he comes over the top with a huge raise, hoping that I will fold.

Is this a bad call this early(about 10 hands into the tournament)? Or was my play justified? Should I just check/fold this flop, as ragged as it is?

It's almost always correct to check and fold here. You are out of position and have 4 opponents, even if it's ragged they could easily have hit something, have a draw, or have had an overpair to begin with.

One of the most important qualities of a good sit and go player is learning when to correctly avoid trouble. This hand you put yourself in huge amounts of trouble for absolutely no reason.

With small PP early, I always repeat to myself as I call (or check the BB) "No set, no bet". Maybe Gus or Daniel can figure out when to play on, but I am no genius.
