I did the $300 deposit/$600 bonus sticky. Played switch won $2k. Now when i try to withdraw i get a message

"Sorry due to the minimum wagering requirements of your most recent bonus, you cannot withdraw this amount at the moment. Please elect a smaller amount and try again."

Do i subtract the bonus from what i want to cash out? i have 2001.81 so i can only cash out 1401. I thought i should enter the total amount i want to cash out and the software would subtract the $600 bonus?

Never cashed dout a sticky type 1 before

Sounds like either you haven't risked enough yet, or their software hasn't registered it yet. Either throw in a bunch of low stakes hands, or wait for a while. Whatever you do, DON'T cash out less than the total amount of your account. It is my understanding that they always subtract the bonus out automatically.

I just hit this casino last night, and I just cashed out what I had left less the bonus. I haven't received the cashout yet, but its pending, so I'm assuming it'll go through.

That is Casino dependent. For this particular casino, go ahead and withdraw the amount minus bonus, as long as you're sure you've wagered enough (easiest way is to check your comp points, cash those out too, BTW).

And yes, the error message is misleading.

Called CS and was told to cashout 1401. It is now pending. You have to subtract the 600 from your balance. Thats why it wouldn't go thru. Seems backwards to me but after the cashout they removed the bonus from my account.

By the way USA Casino has same deal 300/555 and Club Dice 300/500 if you haven't done those yet.
