I would just check the river. I think it is quite possible the button could have KJ or AJ, KT or QT, KQ considering how he has played this hand. All would be reasonable possible hands for him. I would be looking to fold to a bet on the river, You are probably beat given the way he played. It is only level one so there is lots of time and you have plenty of chips.

Also I think you need to check the turn instead of betting so much. He called your overbet on flop, so you really have no idea where you are sitting. If he had KJ he would just call with the made nut straight. And if he had KQ you are behind. You need to check the turn and fold to a bet.

The problem with playing these types of hand early in a SNG is because you end up in jams like this.

That being said, I too, would have limped in because I am getting 7/1 odds to see a flop.

Flop

You hit your hand pretty good, but now you have to worry about a str8 and flush draw. I would not have overbet the pot. I would have bet 2/3 of the pot (t60). This would give anyone drawing to a str8 or flush the incorrect odds if the called.

Turn:

A brick hits and you made a good bet. Anyone drawing to the str8 or flush is still getting the incorrect odds to call.

River:

Oops, not a good card for you. If my math is correct, you have around t800 left. I would bet about t200. If he raises, I would let it go. I would have to give him credit for hitting his str8 or even KQ.

I still have t600 and the blinds are very still low.
I am not saying this is correct. This could be a very big leak in my game, but IMHO, this is what I would do in this situation.

You check the turn with two pair? I know there are some bad cards in the deck, but if AQ or a lower two pair is calling you, or some other crap, you need to play.

BTW, you can't bet river, need to check and either call or fold. I think you're beat, but I call a small bet (1/2 pot or less).
