i recently joined and so far very impresed with The League (http://www.TheLeagueNY.com),a free poker organization in NYC. They hold weekly events with low buyin shootouts, limit and nl games. anyone on 2+2 member of the NY Poker League? i would really like to spread the word to other cities and see if anyone is interested in setting up an extension of The League there. I think organizational structure is lacking in the poker world, understandably beuracracy and big money rules the day as usual, but here is our (players) opportunity to create a strong community without outside funding. Let me know what you think, guys.
