I never start it, but a few times I've had people get pissed at how I play. Once it got to heads-up with this one guy, I just kept my game going as he insulted me and I taunted him back. It wasn't long before I had him on tilt and doing a over 4xpot all-in reraise with nothing that I gladly called.

UTG+2 had been the table jerk, saying stuff about people's moms and such. I don't doubt both players would have ended up all-in anyway, but it's always nice to know your opponent will call you all-in when you have aces. Table talk at it's finest.
