My milestone is arriving in 6 short posts. What should I write about? So far my idea is just to quote someone's post I agree with in a thread.

I'm the same way.
None of my 'milestone' posts were anything special or about hitting a post count. Usually I didn't even realize I had hit it until after the post was written. I would add a little comment to the bottom of the post, like "2,000th post!"

That's about it, though.
