Well, I'm glad I stuck to the $11s, I'm still leaking. For those higher limit players, this is very obvious but I guess this is why I'm stil playing low limit tourneys.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

BB (t1460)
UTG (t3756)
Button (t1485)
Hero (t1299)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 2/images/graemlins/club.gif.
2 folds, BB calls t999.

Flop: (t1449) A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)

Turn: (t1449) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)

River: (t1449) 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)

Final Pot: t1449

Is this a bad push? Note the bb is 300, which is 20% of my stack.

Is this another bad play?

If you have to ask about these, you aren't pushing enough.

I would think these are pushing situations, but I guess its the variance of the last 150 tournaments that has me second guessing myself.

My Variance is doing the same to me. But good to come double check yourself. Good Pushes.

Is that the consensus?

I like both pushes. You are 4x blind in both situations so I like the push. Do you find yourself in these situations often ? Do you find yourself the shortstack going into 4 handed ? You could be getting outplayed during the course of the SNG if you are or maybe you are playing too tight.

Ok...this is for real my last post tonight bc this is an easy one.

Those hands you posted are absolutely meaningless...of course those are pushes...and theyre both decent calls I imagine...

You're only showing us your last geronimo...you're last bullet fired from the ground....the question you should ask yourself is "how did I get knocked down?"

Especially on the second hand...if dealer dealt u only 1 card Id still push it...

NOTE: Try taking the pocket 3s from the one hand and superimposing them onto the flop from the other hand next time...sets are better fwiw...

I think I'm just second guessing myself as my last 100 tournaments have been poor financially. But I'm playing the same game that got me ITM 38%.

Thats borderline iMO for ITM so if you were on a good run then, running positive, then it stands to reason that your game has some major leaks...maybe early rounds or middle...post some hands that you felt unsure of...hands that cut your stack in half

I'm beginning to see that I'm getting better at postfold play, but a leak I've found in myself. When I have a good holding I'm not betting enough to protect it and I'm allowing others to draw out on me and then I'm shipping too many chips.

Bottom line... protect your stack.
