That fat flop lead smells like a crap 2 pair. Unlikely that he leads out the flopped str8 so heavily, though it is possible. Even if he did flop it, you're 1/3 to fill up by the river, so I just shove. Calling just gives you more ways to lose the pot, and folding is absurd.

That said, I probably flex my stack preflop here and raise it to 600 ish. This also depends on the table a little bit, but likely the limper will get the heck out of the way.
