What to do when your big initial raise gets re-raised all-in? The guy to my left is a genuine maniac and the guy who went all-in is about 17/6 (VP$IP/PFR). Can I fold my kings here or am I committed after putting in that raise?

Sidenote: What's your KK vs. AA rate? I've had KK 28 times and been up against AA 4 times. That's 1 out of 7. Pretty high?

Yeah, I think that you're kind of committed here and have to call, but it looks like you're in a tough spot. I just really don't know what to make of MP3's call/raise all-in pre-flop.

It sucks but Id probably call, especially with the maniac coming along. I saw a LAG reraise all in with TT vs AA earlier today so you can never say for sure what someone has just because they raised you. BTW, the TT won with a T on the board.

MP3's preflop play is very very suspicious, and with his numbers, well, I dunno.

Honestly, that's a tough decision. I'd be interested to hear some thoughts from other folks on this.

It happens about 1/20 times at full ring.

You should definitely call. You are ahead AT LEAST half the time here, and you still have some hope if you are behind.

that is a tough spot. you did kind of pot commit yourself with that reraise. MP3 has to have either Aces or cowboys. he could have called the raise preflop with either one because he knows he'll dominate any other hands that would call the preflop raise. based on how often he will have one or the other i guess you have to call with the possibility of the LAG coming along.
