Whats up with the river bet?

i would base limping or raising preflop on what the tables like. dont check the turn into a board with two flush draws on it. and yea....what is with the river bet.

The only way I can make sense of this hand is if the Button had 7's or 3's. Am I wrong here?

Regardless, why don't you believe that he's got the King after the turn? I mean this looks like a masterful move, but I have no idea where it's coming from.

I limp with TT in EP & MP.

The rest of the line is just bizarre. If he raises the river, you're cooked.
