sb limping when 3 or 4 handed

In a passive game where your opponents only raise say A9 and up, KT and up, 88 and up, but limp almost everything (60%-80%. Which hands are you looking to limp in the sb (2-5 blind structure)?

I feel like I'm raising or folding too much where I could add some speculative hands limping or maybe I should open up and raise even more hands, not quite sure.

Any advice?
