you're pretty much worried about one hand here, 55. If this guy is really tilting and playing irrationally I think I would go ahead and cap the river. Of course this is totally dependant on your read, which is certainly not complete just to say that he is tilting.

seems like an obvious raise on the river considering your read and how the streets before were played.. There's no reason to be scared about a hand he would've made on the flop, once you're on the river.
