Mugabe: Zimbabwe Opposition are Traitors (http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=622068)

"HARARE, Zimbabwe?Mar 29, 2005 -- President Robert Mugabe branded supporters of the country's main opposition Movement for Democratic Change party as traitors in comments broadcast repeatedly on state radio Tuesday, raising fears of new political violence two days ahead of parliamentary elections.

"All those who will vote for the MDC are traitors," state radio quoted Mugabe as saying to a ruling ZANU-PF party rally Monday at Mutoko, 90 miles northeast of Harare.

Similar comments by the president in the past have encouraged ruling party and youth militia's to take violent action against opposition supporters and candidates."

Thoughts? Concerns? What should/can the U.N. do? What should/can the U.S. do?

Zimbabwe was once the bread basket of Africa.
Mugabe is just an insane moron who is destroying his country's economy.

The only solution to Zimbabwe's problems is the death of Mugabe...

GWB never said: "you are either with me or against the USA"

he also never said: "you are either with the neo-con movement or against the USA"

he also never said: "you are either with the GOP or against America"

What he said is: "you are with us(meaning the civilized world in stopping terrorism) or against us
(ambivalence on this topic will be seen as opposition..)

The fact that you didnt and/or havent taken to noticing the marked differences between these four statememnts is fairly telling.

Now go back to you college campus...wave your Palestinian flag...yell at some half assessed rally and pretend you have even the slightest clue what is going on in the world and who keeps your safe little world so prosperous and secure.

Clearly the only solution is to pass a resolution condemning Israel.

You talk like you are in the majority in the world with your opinion. You are not. Perhaps you should get a clue as to what is going on in the world.
