Comments?

Button is a good player, maybe someone here, not sure. What percentage of the time does button have QQ or AA here? How badly do you think you are beat, or do you think your hand is good enough to bet here. I was intending to call a bet by button.

I didn't play with him. Is it fair to say he will 3-bet with AA-99?

If so, AA, QQ, and JJ have you beat. TT and 99 don't. If that is the case, I think you should check the river. But alot of aggressive players will 3-bet AA-77, which makes betting the river a value bet.

Is my thinking flawed?

Clear river value bet, I think that yhig a lot more than you need to be to bet especially with the BB calling all the way down. If the button is a good player I expect to see a flop cap or turn raise from AA/QQ, JJ will raise the turn a great majority of the time. I expect to see TT, 99, AK a lot more than AA/QQ/JJ.

The button would probably cap the flop with AA-JJ, hoping that you check the turn to him and he can decide to bet or not. I think his most likely holdings are 88 or 99 and the BB probably has a pair and some kind of straight or flush draw. Bet the river and cry while calling a raise.

Bet and fold to a raise.

Button showed 88.
BB shows TPNK.

The way he acted PF and flop looked identical to QQ to me. All along I put him on either QQ or AA. His raises were rare. When the river hit I thought there was just no way my hand could hold up.

My skirt is pink with white polka dots.

"My skirt is pink with white polka dots."

i hope it is extra loose so it will hide the ginormous tampons you must use.

[/ QUOTE ] If he had QQ or AA he would have raised your turn bet.

He has shown no strength postflop except one pitiful flop raise.

You gotta bet the river.
