Just tried this:

Make a deposit on March 31st (game time) and we’ll credit you with a 50% redeposit bonus up to $100 Bonus Dollars! A 50% bonus will be given on any deposit between $50 and $500 from 12:01am –11:59 pm ET on March 31st, 2005.

Limit one bonus per customer. Bonuses credited as bonus dollars. A maximum of $100 bonus dollars will be awarded

UltimateBet.com reserves the right to remove bonus dollars from any player account if they determine that abuse of our bonus offer has occurred by that player.

And did not get the bonus.....

Worked for me ten minutes ago.

After you enter your account info, the next screen should give you a list of bonus options to choose from (only one on my screen, but if you are also eligible for 1st deposit you have to pick), make sure the radio button for the 50% is on.

Don't click the confirm button unless you see "$200 + $100 bonus dollars" spelled out on the screen.

Email them -- they can fix it manually - they did that for me last reload bonus when it did not register properly.

I did not get the bonus either. I am a little worried to tell them though b/c I still have 450 from the last bonus that was only supposed to be 100 or something.

You guys ALLL need to CALM DOWN. Party bonuses almost always have bugs, and the service reps ALWAYS fix them. I am sure it will be the same for UB. At the very worst, you'll just have to deposit again in 12 hours.

It starts at Noon. They likely made an error in pasting the deposit bonus T&C, since the Player Appreciation event starts at Noon.

UB Bonuses suck. I got about 800$ from them this summer from their SNG promotion. I still have $350 left. It's excruciating unless you can play SH well and start up new tables. I'd save funds for the Empire Reload as opposed to this - but if you can do both! More power to you as UB bonuses don't expire.

Is there a deadline date by which the bonus must be cleared?

How easy is the bonus to clear at UB?

See my above post.

IIRC, you get 1$ for every 10 UP you collect. At 3/6, you'll get 10 UP about every 12 hands in full ring.

However, starting a table at UB allows you to earn points at DOUBLE the rate so SH play helps a lot towards bonus clearing.

They recently cut this back to an extra 50% if you're first person, 25% if you're second.

i tried it with no luck.
cashier told me it starts at noon as well,
BUT when i emailed member services it was credited
within 10 mins.

UB's web site today says that Player Appreciation Day has moved to April 1, from 12:01 am –11:59 pm ET. Although the banner artwork still has March 31!

It doesn't look like UB planned this one very well, as evidenced by the short notice, lack of promotion via e-mail, no banner in the lobby when you log in, customer service reps being unfamiliar with the terms, and now this last-minute change.

I'm sure they'll make good on it but it'll take some customer service e-mails to make it happen.

Has anyone actually had the bonus dollars show up in their account yet, given that the promotion (now) doesn't officially start until after midnight tonight?

Edit: It looks like the bonus starts after midnight, but the giveaways start at noon. 12:01 am means one minute after midnight, at least most place you go.

I deposited right after midnight, didnt get the bonus, emailed them this morning, and now have the bonus.

Well, I went to bed last night thinking I was a little
bit screwed, BUT.....

..when I got on the computer today, the bonus money
was there, and an email from the same CS that turned
me down last night.

I will *NOT* try to get the bonus again
tommorow......

the max BONUS you can get is $100 (meaning a $200 deposit is necessary).

as usual...UB isn't very clear about their bonus, their CS is completely confused (some think it starts at noon...others think differently) and they appear to be extremely disorganized.

This is common-place for UB bonuses which frequently don't work when their promotional stuff says they are supposed to, etc etc. They are pretty good at just crediting the bonus to you anyway when you write to CS....probably because they are SO used to having to do it from incorrectly set-up promotions in the past.


To answer a couple other questions: accidentally having $450 bonus-dollars granted to you from a previous bonus will 99.9% NOT be caught. once it's there they don't really look back at how you got it. write to them and get your bonus.


UB bonuses never expire.

I still have $2800 in bonus-money there dating back to the SNG-crazy bonus-dollar promotion from last July. I've been thinking I should start clearing away some of those dollars. Maybe a $200 deposit to get this bonus will get me in gear a little bit....don't count on it though.
